Post-traumatic Growth Services Purpose and Life Coaching

Sudden life changes can cause major disruptions in our work and home lives. Change may be inevitable - but it can also be hard to navigate.

Post-traumatic growth services can help clients shift their feelings surrounding change to a perspective of finding opportunity within life’s challenges.

Rather than focusing on success and self-sacrifice - especially when we are struggling with life’s big challenges - taking the time to heal can be crucial to recovery.

In an attempt to keep up with our busy lives, many of us have grown accustomed to ignoring our own needs - and the sudden added stress of major life changes can become the straw that broke the camel’s back - leading to overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, feelings of inadequacy, and emotional disconnection - leaving us feeling burned out.

Changing our thought processes regarding challenges and change can help us better regulate our nervous system to embrace those shifts - and see new opportunities as they present themselves. This may help us to discover our true passions, overcome our unique challenges, and push us to carve-out time to unapologetically meet our own needs in the form of selfcare.

The prioritization of our own needs can help us get back on track and effectively balance life’s many challenges - in turn allowing us to move more authentically through our world to pinpoint the physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral support we need to thrive.

About Me

When we nurture our gifts it can encourage us to thrive - rather than just survive.

I know from my own experience that starting over can be difficult. As we experience change, our needs within our relationships can also change, and finding the right support can be challenging.

My coaching process is based on my own life experience, as well as a background in Human Services and Project Management, which allows me to bring a multi-faceted approach to co-creation with my clients, as they work towards healing and personal growth.

I am on a mission to foster self-acceptance and genuine human connection. Through self-love and empowerment, we can navigate challenges and find the courage to harness our unique strengths - with the ultimate goal of cultivating a version of ourselves that we love and are proud of - whatever that may look like to each of us.

Fortunately, with the right support, we can pivot our mindset to find growth and empowerment within life’s challenges. It’s not easy and it takes work - but it can be done!

We all need a cheerleader at times, with no agenda other than to support us and see us succeed at whatever we set our minds to. We are all a unique mosaic of life experiences and self-expression - and we all have inherent value and unique gifts to share with the world.

*Note: I strive for cultural competency and to act as an ally to all - regardless of age group, racial or ethnic identification, binary or nonbinary gender identification, and/or religious/spiritual affiliation. This is a safe and confidential space for all.

Love doesn’t discriminate.

*Also Note: I am not a licensed therapist. I draw from my personal experiences, challenges, and healing process to help others find and follow their own unique path to healing.
